The app suddenly stopped working; it just crashes. Update is done, rebooted phone, reinstalled app, still crashes!
iPhone 13, iOS 16
i13 - I’ve now updated to iOS 17 and it seems to be working - must be a prob with the last iOS 16 update
Same here, since the recent iOS upgrade Shazam simply will not open… deleted - reinstalled no luck . Pls help I use this all the time - thanks
Me too iPhone X … phone updated as and when presented with updates from apple
Just a thought though, iPhone X is not able to update latest iOS 17 or beyond as it’s not applicable to this phone now
tried the normal
volume up/ down press side button
tried uninstalling Shazam and reinstalling
still not able to open Shazam app
all apps on iPhone are regularly updated when presented on iPhone

Unfortunately I can’t update to iOS 17 as iPhone X is sadly not included in the update
Hopefully apple will sort this out for iPhone X and lower
