How to run 3 separate external DisplayPort/HDMI displays from 1 dock?

Is there a way to run 3 different desktops on external monitors with 1 USB C cable? Or at least 1 USB C cable and a HDMI cable? All of the displays are DisplayPort or HDMI and not Thunderbolt. Is this possible, or not because of MacOS’s MST limitation?

I was writing on mobile and thought I included this. It is 2021 M1 Max MacBook Pro M1 Max 32 core GPU. It can support "Up to three external displays with up to 6K resolution and one external display with up to 4K resolution at 60Hz at over a billion colors (M1 Max)" according to Apple. I am just not sure how Apple is connecting those displays.
