Safari displaying weird characters after upgrade to Sonoma 14

There are no details. All the fonts in any fields or dropdowns are weird characters. Everything else on the page is normal.

Safari showing unusual characters after upgrade Since I updated to Sonoma 14.0, some pages in Safari appear with text characters like the ones I have provided in the screenshot attachment. When I fill in text, sometimes it looks fine and other times, letters and characters appear similar to these. However, when I copy/paste text from these pages, it appears normal. Is there a solution?

Certain websites in safari showing up as black squared question marks, letters and symbols. When I open certain websites in safari (Gibiru.com for example) and a few other random sites the whole page is filled with black squared question marks, symbols and letters(see pic below). i already tried restarting and restoring standard fonts. i made sure "western font" is chosen and "never use font sizes smaller then" is not checked in safari presences. i also don't use any extensions. i have a MacBook pro, late 2011 using macOS Sierra Version 10.12.6 (can't update any further). How can i resolve this problem? thanks.

Language Bug between SONOMA 14.0 and Safari We just uploaded Mac Sonoma OS 14.0 but I have't found anything on the chat boards so far that address this problem -- so far it's happening when accessing Facebook (screenshot below), LinkedIn, Reddit (and probably more to come)... All posted text language besides headlines on these sites are scrambled - even when typing new content; I've tried language settings on each site, region, language on system preferences in both Mac & Safari browser, keyboard settings, restarted multiple times... no luck. One suggestion for a similar problem was reinstalling all three SF fonts and the New York font from the Developer site, restarted again. Out of ideas - I'm open to yours / thanks.

See the 2017 post on the same subject. I don't have any fonts with Cyrillic in the name.
