Screentime request not triggering notification on parent device.

When my child makes a request for more time, he uses an iPad 9 running iPad OS 17.x.

My iPhone 13 Mini running iOS 17.x does not notify me. If I navigate to settings>screentime>child, I can see the pending request. But why don’t I get a notification?

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 17

Hi Pho Da Nguyen,

Thanks for providing those details. Let's also make sure that you have banners enabled for notifications as well. You can verify this by going to Settings > Notifications > Screen Time > Banners. You can also see more about notifications here: Use notifications on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Regards.
