When my child makes a request for more time, he uses an iPad 9 running iPad OS 17.x.
My iPhone 13 Mini running iOS 17.x does not notify me. If I navigate to settings>screentime>child, I can see the pending request. But why don’t I get a notification?

Thanks for providing those details. Let's also make sure that you have banners enabled for notifications as well. You can verify this by going to Settings > Notifications > Screen Time > Banners. i sent my mom a screen time request and she gave me almost 24hours and it won’t let me go into the app
How does one check manually? I cannot locate my daughters requests anywhere??

The problem started when iPad OS 17 launched.
The iPad is running the latest version of iPad OS. So are my devices.
Notifications are on.
Screentime request not triggering notification on parent device.
