I stopped using my combo touch keyboard for a while (around 3-4 months) and after i connected it again there was no response.
I cleaned the connections did all the updates but still nothing.
My ipad works with a magic keyboard and also dead combo touch keyboard works with another ipad but unfortunately they dont work together.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Update:
The ipad doesnt work with another brand new "logitech combo" aswell. But the keyboards work fine with totally identical brand new ipads.
we did couple of setting changes with online logitech support and no success. they suggested me to reinstall software via the logitech app but the problem is i need to connect the keyboard to ipad to update the software and that is the main issue. The ipad doesnt recognize the keyboard.
