My phone is lock due to excessive password attempts. How can I unlock it without erasing my information

Sorry, but once the phone is “locked” as you’ve described, any other previously-possible options are rendered irrelevant.
The ONLY path forward is a “Reset” (total device erasure) followed by a restoration from an available backup.
