I can’t download any free games, an alert comes up and says “they need a new payment method” I don’t have a payment method anymore, so why can’t I get FREE games? Then when they need updates I can’t cuz of this problem. How can I fix it or can it be fixed so I can download FREE games?

Credit card is used for verification purpose you're not charge for downloading free apps.

How come I can’t download any free games? Without a “payment method” and do I have to have a payment method to get all games? If not how do I fix it where it won’t need a payment method?
