Allow different "Natural scrolling" bindings for mouse and trackpad.

Apple doesn't make a mouse with a scroll wheel, so my guess is they wouldn't waste time with it.

Try thinking about the scroll wheel as being the document you are scrolling. Push up to push the page up. Pull back to pull the top of the page down into view.

What make and model mouse are you using? With Apple's Magic Mouse the page goes the same direction a my finger on the mouse, i.e. finger goes down on the mouse the view of the page goes down and vise versa. This is with Natural scrolling disabled in System/Mouse settings pane.

FWIW, there is a third-party app called Scroll Reverser that may or may not work with Ventura.

some mice makers like logitech and razer and the likes has their own software to control things like this, and one would only assume that the settings setup there will only apply to the mice made by them

I do use the scroll wheel on the mouse in the manner you described. However, when I "push up to push the page up" with the trackpad, using the same setting, the page goes down. Thus you see our dilemma. I personally don't understand why Apple makes a setting on the mouse affect a setting on the trackpad and vice versa...whether they make a mouse with a scroll wheel or not.

Borrowed one and realize I was correct before. Same motion on my TrackPad and scroll wheel results in the same scroll direction. Pushing up pushes the content up and pulling back pulls the content down, exactly as I'd expect.
