Screen Time “always allowed” not working

"Screen Time 'always allowed' not working: So when I put an app on always allowed on screen time it always turn off and I can’t access it for no reason can someone help me on this?"

Troubleshooting "Always Allowed" and "Screen Time":

A. Start with a Restart:

Restart your iPhone, seeing if you ne longer get this issue: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

B. Reenable Screen Time:

Try disabling Screen Time, and then reenabling it.

Some Apps are restricted to be used only in certain countries. Verify and change, if required, the region of your device in Settings > General > Language & Region, and modify the region accordingly to the App showing the restrictions message.
