cancel iTunes Match

I am trying to cancel my subscription to iTunes Match... however, when i follow the normal steps through my Apple ID it continuously tells me "Cannot Connect - Retry".

How do i cancel this?

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

If you still have problems Contact Apple Support.
