So long story short, apple told me i had insufficient funds even though i had enough. So i looked into my payment method and i saw i had to verify my payment method for it to get accepted. I tried doing that and changing my phone number to match but its always on “please try again later”. Even if i restarted the app or the phone, remove and put my card back, it always says that.

I dont have an unpaid order, the local law hasnt been changed ever since 2022 regarding about biling and purchases laws, and i have already contacted the institution which is gcash but so far no luck, this only happens in itunes store
