When I delete messages from my Mac Book, the deleted messages are still on my iPhone. How can I delete messages one time? Received messages sync to both devices, there is no problem there.

Deleting Messages on iPhone an Mac:
All will sync and if an item is deleted, then it is deleted among all devices. Go here on each device: Set Up iCloud for Messages on All your Devices - Apple Support
