My problem is: I can’t download any app on my iPhone and the reason is that the payment method was declined! I changed my credit card and updated my information but still the same problem! It has been rejected

If you can't redeem Apple Gift cards in the meantime, you will have to contact the official Apple Support and ask them to look into your personal data and settings to find the issue.
