Ccleaner will no longer open on safari on my iMac. I am using Ventura 13.6. Safari is up to date.

You do not need Ccleaner or any other type of third-party cleaning or protecting junk-ware on a Mac.
Can you explain why? I liked ccleaner because it cleaned internet tracks.
CCleaner does nothing useful.
As far and cleaning your Internet tracks, all you need to do in Safari is to go to the top menu bar and choose History > Clear History. Same thing. Done.
