Phone Number cloned, someone taking control of my Apple devices.

What do you do when some clones your number and uses your information to take control of your account with apps from apple like family link his Mac and Apple Watch how identifie and unlink forever


the hacker keeps taking control of my account because he has control of my T-Mobile account and he is using google one to link others together in my name, as MDM payloads I believe his watch and Mac have connected to me and my email I’m sure at some point plus he has the Same number because he cloned my sim so all my text mail to verify goes to both??

I’m stuck inaddition he is or has set up parental locks to lock me including using the apps on my to bind the settings. Setting up phone accounts like cricket att ect so if go elsewhere controls that to, can’t find help no one believes me the police said I need proof I brought all I could but I’m new to apple and I’m restricted on my it’s all I have he rewrote the bios on after he linked up and crashed 3 computers
