i don’t have any options of save video when i am tapping on the video there is no option of save video
and when i am trying drag and drop to photos from files then it is showing the pop up of some items not imported

Have you tried using the Share button?
First launch the Files app.
Look for the video you are trying to save.
Tap on the Share button. It looks like a box with an arrow pointing upwards.
Then select "Save Video."
