Bluetooth issues Catalina

Hi.

Here goes. I have an old iMac(iMac14,2) running latest version of Catalina(10.15.7) and i have been having some serious issues with my Bluetooth connection for some time now and i have sort of learned to live with it. However i wanted to try to get to the bottom of this to see if there is anyone out there that have any suggestions on how to solve it.

What i have tested and done so far to try to fix the issue

Reset SMC
Reset PRAM
Reset Bluetooth module
Deleting plist files
Running RSSI Sweeper
Clearing BT SW Caches
Reinstalling the OS (Clean install)
Set all my Wifi connections to 5ghz
Reset apple keyboard and mouse
Added new network location
Disconnected all USB hdd
Booting to safe mode
And more...

I think i have google and search all of internet for any type of solution to my problem but NOTHING seems to work. This issue seems to me to have been introduced back when i upgraded to Mavericks and then it has just become worse with each upgrade (had hopes it would do the other way around). Maybe my machine is just getting old but i do not thing this is the issue.

So what does the log say? Here it is. This is the same log every time it disconnects. And it is totally random.

Any external drives or high speed USB cables in the area or in-between the iMac and Magic Mouse?

Other devices that might also interfere with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are Computer Displays, TV's, Speaker, Cordless Phone Base Stations, Household Appliances, etc....

Lastly a loose or weak connection inside of the iMac, from some type of hardware upgrade or service event.

Hi thank you for you reply. I really do not thing this is an hardware issue. When did a fresh reset of my Mac a couple of weeks ago it installed the OS it was shipped with "Snow Leopard". While the OS was pretty much useless i had no issues with my Bluetooth devices. The issues started to appear during the process of upgrading the OS. But i could be wrong. However this problem does not seem to be unique. I have read countless of threads all over the web with the same issues. While some has had success with different solutions i would say that the majority of users still has this issue. So for me this seem to be some sort of system OS system issue.

As described in my TS i have literally done all what has been suggested.
