I was using the internet clicked on an email. Got this message: your computer has alerted us that it has been affected with Trojan Spyware…call us immediately so that we can walk you through the removal process over the phone.

All such messages are scams presented by criminals. Do not interact with the message or the sender. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.

Thank you for your help. I called Apple Support...a very nice assistant told me what to do. I did exactly what he said. It seems that it worked. Yes, I knew it was a scam and didn't call the number that was suggested! God bless you all!
