volume buttons not working well

hi! i have an iphone 11 since september last year and now i’m having some problems with volume buttons but specifically when i’m in WhatsApp or sometimes happens when i have the phone locked; i checked and i already downloaded the latest version of ios (17.1) but it still doesn’t work (i tried turning off the phone and didn’t work either 🥲). The problem is that the buttons are in good conditions and i hear the “click” when i press them, it’s just that sometimes they don’t work, hope someone can help me!! 😞
