How can I schedule an event every 6 weeks on Mondays?

Assuming you're using the Calendar app, open it and click the plus symbol at the top. Click 'Repeat' and change it to 'Custom', then change 'Frequency' to 'Weekly', 'Every' to '6', and select 'Monday' as seen below.
