purchase could not be completed

Hello sir, i am unable to renew my subscriptions and also purchase anything with my added card to my apple account on my iphone 12 pro max. Any time i try it out, it shows up as "Your purchase could not be completed". Please help assist me to resolve that to get the chance to purchase and renew my other apps on my phone.
