My neighbor has never used my Wi-Fi, nor has he connected his phone to my tv before. Somehow I’ve just learned that he can mirror his IPhone to my LG tv. When he tried my Samsung tv, he had to use the code from the tv. I’m trying to figure out how is he able to mirror to my LG without the system asking for a passcode? Please help!

I also have an LG TV and no passcode is needed for screen mirroring, but you do have to be connected to the same Wi-Fi. Anyone that is not connected to my WiFi do not see the LG TV as an option for Screen Mirroring, but one they connect to my Wi-Fi, they can then share to my TV.
It is likely that your neighbor has used your WiFi at one time. I would recommend changing your WiFi password.
Maybe LG doesn’t require a code. Based on the quick search I did a code isn’t always necessary but it seems like perhaps they have been connected to your WiFi before at some point. Troubleshooting Smart TV:
No clue as to how that can occur without your consent. If your neighbor was trying to log into it, then make be a roommate allowed for this. Whatever the occurrence, remove the network from your Smart TV.
