If I do not disconnect my iPhone 11, can another person. I’ve just talked to continue to hear a conversation that does not involve them on an android.?
is there some thing I have to turn off or on?

You need to disconnect; otherwise the call is still active and the mic will pick up any sound it can hear from whatever source.

If you don't hang up why would you ever think the other party would not continue to hear you?
When I make a phone call or receive a phone call, if I don’t hang up, can the other person hear my conversations? They claim they can!
