If i try to change my timer what if it says that the time zone can not be set manually due to device restrictions

So like I asked the question because I was trying to change the timer in my iPad so I turned on 24-hours time and I saw this thing said show date in status bar it was already turned on but I looked from the bottom I saw set automatically and time zone but I can’t press that because it says that the time zone can not be set manually due to device restrictions so I don’t really know how to do it.

If the Time Zone settings are ghosted - and cannot be adjusted - you'll need to check (and temporarily change) your ScreenTime permissions:

Settings > ScreenTime > Content & Privacy Restrictions > [Allow Changes] Account Changes - set to Allow

After changing the TimeZone settings, you can return your ScreenTime settings to how they were previous configured.
