Apple Magic Keyboard

Just got my new Magic Keyboard and running into problems. The u,I,o,j,k,l,m,. keys do not work. I have tried the suggestions from this board posted last year. Still don’t work. Please help

Ensure that you have disabled both Full Keyboard Access and MouseKeys:

  • Settings > Accessibility > Keyboards > Full Keyboard Access - set to OFF
  • Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Assistive Touch > Mouse Keys - set to OFF
