Adding new payment method error

When I go into my settings> payment and shipping and attempt to add a new card, the button is grey and won’t let me click it. I’ve tried deleting the default card I have on there and an error message pops up every time. This card was added because of family sharing, but I no longer am. What can I do?

Check your screentime restrictions

Try on another network if issue persist try to add payment method from appleid.apple.com
