Device management without a visual configuration profile?
I got this couple months back before iOS 17 came out.Could my iPhone been enroled Into a remote management program without my consent by my xwife before we separated?

If you go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, do you see anything there?
If you go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions, is it enabled, if so, what are the settings?
That's a bit weird. I would give a call to Apple Support so they can look into what's going on with your account. It shouldn't be blocked. The screenshots you show are completely normal and do not indicate device management being present.
