CRM for outside sales recording customer visit information
I want to record events from customer visits in an immediate and quick way for optimal time utilization as well as easy recall to take action needed or to simply review prior to the next visit.
Any suggestions on a clean method to record transpired events on sales calls to customers that I can jot down a few notes and then transfer them into a customer file for review at a later time.
I have a new iPad 10.9 that is completely new to me and I also have an Apple Pencil for jotting down notes after each sales call.
Anxious to hear things that may have worked or that are working well today.
