Mac Studio M2 running Ventura 13.6.3. Haven't upgraded to Sonoma yet, because Adobe Creative Cloud has too many bugs.
But I'm ripping CDs in Apple Music, and suddenly, I get the dreaded Gracenote error message.
I have an Apple Music subscription, but still enjoy making my own playlists from my music (very specific Jazz and Classical titles), as much of what I listen to isn't easily available on Apple Music.
Any suggestions? Appreciate the help.

I'm having same error message on a very old Mac using 12.6.2.20 (the machine is too old to update) that I use exclusively to manage music. I still rip CDs that I get used or at garage sales. The Mac iTunes can't find album or track data as of today. Not sure if an Apple or a Gracenotes problem.
I'm getting the same error on a 2023 Mac Mini M2Pro running Sonoma 14.2.1 and Apple Music 1.4.2.83. Jazz titles, but these are commercial CDs!
The error has resolved for me. Thinking it was a Gracenotes server issue. Hope yours resolved as well.
It's now resolved for me as well. As BRBertram noted, the problem likely was on the Gracenotes side.
