Game Center Settings does not Load

I just worked with Apple Support (they were very helpful) and resolved the issues with accessing the Game Center in Settings, I kept receiving a blank (white) screen with a spinning wheel in the center. There problem was with Lockdown Mode enabled on those devices.

Lockdown Mode is incompatible with Game Center, however no error message shows.

If you are unable to access/login to Game Center (and there for can't run games like Death Stranding), this is potentially the issue.
