So it is showing me this image I put below even though I successfully logged in and also have an ongoing subscription and yet it does not load in my account just stays on the same page leaving me unable to use Apple Music
Kind regards, would be much appreciated if i get a way around it or a quick fix

You may want to check you are signed in (to your iPhone) with the correct Apple ID:

(If you do not have an Apple ID, see: How to create a new Apple ID - Apple Support)
Then, as you already have a subscription to Apple Music:
On your Mac or PC

Wondering what happens when you click the white "Try it now" button in your image.
Eg: Do you get to go to an option where you can click "already subscribed" ?
If you haven't already:
✽ You might want to try signing out, closing and re-opening the app, and signing back in.
✽ Would updating your Windows OS version help...
✽ Try going to music.apple.com.
Sign in with the Apple ID and password that you use with your Apple Music subscription.

I have been having this issue recently as well. What worked for me in Edge was:
when i click try now it guides me to sign in and after i sign it just refreshed the same error page and doesnt guide me anywhere.
Me too. Same exact problem. Did you ever figure it out? Nothing has worked for me so far.
