Internal & exrernal sound not working

I was taking screen recordings with no issues the other day. Then, the following day, the headphones were still working, but the screen recordings were silent. Now, today there was no sound, internally or externally.

my right side headphone have no sound my solo beats have no sound coming out from the right side. i try everything including plugging in the jack. nothing works. i search online and every advice i got was to take the earphones apart and fix it manually. that's too much work and i am afraid i might fry the circuits.

Internal speakers and microphone not showing No audio output. When going into audio settings, the internal speakers as well as the built in microphone do not show. The volume keys do not work. Connecting Bluetooth headphones works. It is not a hardware issue as I’ve run a hardware diagnostic.
