accessing Aperture Library photos without Aperture app on mac with sonoma

I have Aperture Library that I cannot access through Photos using Sonoma. How do i free the files from the Aperture Library? I no longer have Aperture app.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 14.3

Why can't you access it? How are you trying? What happens when you try? Photos sould be able to access those images.


However, Photos is not the only option. You can recover the original images as downloaded from your camera. You can migrate the Library to a variety of apps. using differing methods? What is your desired end result? Get the images to Photos? Somewhere else?
