My Amazon password does not work when logging in with Safari. It works on other browsers

Hello! We are having the same problem. We are in the U.S.

For us, it started this morning, Sunday, March 24, 2023. We noticed it after we installed the latest iPadOS and iOS updates (17.4.1 for both) several hours ago. As we turn off our devices at night, we are assuming that when we powered them back up, the device updates must have finally triggered the reset. We also kept getting the same errors: "Please enter a valid email address or mobile number.", etc. We used both and still got the same errors.

We were finally able to sign into the Apps related to Amazon (i.e. Shopping, Kindle, etc.) but had to update our password due to the attempts on trying sign in. However, we still cannot sign in via the Safari browser. It's still giving us the same errors. We had no problem with the Firefox browser though. That's good to know it works on Chrome. Thanks! And best of luck getting it to work.

Apple, what's up with this? Any help is appreciated.

I should also add that just as I was trying to reply to this Community Post, I was not able to do so via the Safari browser. I had to use Firefox.

As well, the Fingerprint Sign In wasn't working too. So that's problems with signing in, problems with passwords, problems with the Safari browser.
