How do you get your device unbanned from Snapchat?

How can I unban my device

This has nothing to do with Apple. You cannot remove the ban on your device, but SnapChat can. Contact them.

I don't know what you mean by "pay-basing" your phone, but if you try to bypass Snapchat's ban using another phone, they will very likely ban that phone as well. (I predict that you will get tired of buying new phones before they get tired of banning them.)

Apple cannot do anything. Snapchat is very strict about enforcing its Terms of Use. This link explains their procedures and enforcement strategy→My Snapchat Account is Locked.

But basically, When Snapchat bans a user they also ban the device that was used to access Snapchat. If it wasn’t a permanent ban your account will be usable after the duration of the ban. Otherwise you will never be able to use Snapchat again from the device that was banned, and if you try to access it with the same account or information that can be associated with that account (such as name or phone number) from another device, that device will be banned also.

There are 15 pages of this thread and on EVERY single page is the answer, that if you've been banned by Snapchat, only Snapchat can unban you. We can't as we are all users on this user to user only forum. Apple can't as they didn't ban you, nor do they have anything to do with Snapchat. You need to contact them for help.

This is an Apple user-to-user forum, not Snapchat support. When Snapchat bans user they also ban the user’s device, and this is not reversible. Return the phone to whoever owned it.

You likely mean your phone is new to you. Since it's likely you bought a used iPhone, the phone is banned by Snapchat. That ban is more often than not permanent. But you need to contact Snapchat as has been said on every single page of this now 18 page thread.

Snapchat is a separate company and if they choose to ban you, there is nothing Apple Support can do to assist in this matter. Please contact the support team at Snapchat and discuss the issue.

You won't be able to do that and Apple won't be able to help either. SnapChat is the only one that could help you with that if they want to allow you to use their service again. It may be a Temporary ban or a Permanent ban where you will never be able to use SnapChat again. This will depend on the severity of the violation for their Terms of Use and they don't even need to tell you what that violation is. Many times there are no second chances.

Some users feel like they can do and say whatever they want because they are behind a screen, but those users quickly find out that is not the case.

Tough. We cannot unban you. Apple cannot. Only Snapchat can unban you – and from what I can see on their Support pages, odds are that they will not.

If you buy a new phone – whether an iPhone or an Android phone – and they detect you trying to evade their ban, or they see you repeating whatever behavior they didn't like that got your current phone banned - there is a very good chance that they will ban your new phone, too. Permanently, and with no hesitation. You might then have a new phone, but you still would not have Snapchat.

Don't like it? Take it up with Snapchat. Or learn to live without Snapchat – which is something you might have to do, if they refuse to reconsider.

This is a user-to-user technical support forum for Apple products and services. Snapchat is not an Apple product. You will need to take this up with Snapchat support.

Based on anecdotal data, your chances of getting unbanned are not good.

No, you won’t. If you try to evade their account bans, they will ban your phone (if they haven’t already). Only Snapchat can lift their bans, and my impression is that in many cases, they will be unwilling to do so.
