Disney+ 3D movies are not working on Apple Vision Pro. visionOS 1.1.1.
I have spent hours on the phone with both Disney and Apple support to no avail. Tried reinstalling the app, restarting the Vision, and nothing seems to work.
2D videos work fine.
Anybody's had the same problem? Any ideas?

Disney Plius does not work on 2D also. I suspect that file system disney uses is not robust. There are many complaints by Disney users about download speed. and movie retrieval. Apple TV works fine on all file systems Hopefully Disney and Apple engineers can get together and fix the problem
Just checked mine and Disney 3D movies are working OK for me. Apparently not a systemic issue, so I would focus on Apple support... not Disney.
