I am having a very hard time figuring out why my phone is not working with confirming assistive touch. I turn on assistive touch then scroll down to confirm…when it says to double tap to confirm I see the toggle switch on them off again. Because of this issue I’m unable to purchase any apps from App Store and it’s driving me crazy. Any recommendations? I feel like I’ve tried it all.

Same problem here.
Whenever I want to download an app, then at the bottom of the screen I get the message “confirm with AssistiveTouch“, together with a Face ID emoticon. and then nothing happens .
Help will be very much appreciated
.Same here. It is not working. 100% bug that needs to be fixed. I guess the less able of us are not very important.
