There is no error message, it downloads then restarts but is still on Ventura, still saying it needs to be updated. Cycle repeats.
Thank you for your reply, no there's nothing in the Application Folder. I've just tried downloading it through the App store and it looks like something more concrete is occuring! Will see if that helps.
asus screen is not involved, but you may have a different software conflict.
look in the /Applications folder and see if the Installer is there.
Restart is safe mode and install while in safe mode to bypass whatever is blocking the install.
is the "install macOS ... " app still in the /Applications folder? if it is, double-click on it to launch it.
I've tried through the app store to no avail. Installs, restart right back to where it was, no error message.
I do have an Asus screen so am wondering if this is causing the issue?
