I want to have a summer and a winter version of my home. the daylight changes drastically here in the Northwest . how to do it, ie.make a copy of my home for a seasonal adjustments?

Time zones are a thing. I'm in the UK and it was just after midday. 🙂

Unfortunately there is no way to backup and restore the "state" of your home, but you should be able to create suitable scenes for each season, then adjust any automatic rule you use as a trigger. For example I use sunset to fire a rule when I'm away from home. This should adjust automatically through the year.
