I copied a bad version of Apple Music to my MacBook Air and now I can't remove it to download the good version.

We found the full, good version on an older desk iMac and I copied it onto an exterior drive. Then I came back to my MacBook Air and I'm unable to put the Music application in the trash so that I can replace it.My good version was iTunes, but the thing that doesn't work on my MacBook is called Music so I didn't which topic to choose below. In "Music, titles appear but none of the music can be found...it's all in red print.
