having an issue with Netflix Dolby Atmos on my Mac Studio

I have m1 Mac Studio. My sound card has 20 outputs and works with Apple Music very well. When I try to watch a content from Netflix, It doesn't work. It is just stereo.

What sound card? There are no expansion slots in a Mac Studio for PCIe or other cards. This must be some kind of external sound device ...

I assume you have already covered basics, but just in case, here is a link to Netflix' instructions about Dolby Atmos on Netflix.

There are also longstanding reports about Netflix only supporting 2-ch. stereo when viewed via web browsers. There is a third party extension called Boom 3D that reportedly enables Netflix 5.1 in Safari. It may or may not help.

Maybe you have wrongs. Dolby refeers that is Safari supports Dolby Audio. Mac M1 Mac Studio with Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 has configuration 7.1.4 atmos outputs on my MIDI settings. And I know, with the same audio devices, i get atmos sound with a Macbook Pro.

Then there is some difference between the setup on your Studio vs. your MacBook Pro.

You could start by telling us the exact model Studio & MacBook Pro you have & the versions of macOS & Safari on each. Also if there is any difference in plugins for Safari and if the same version of Focusrite Control software is installed on both Macs & if the settings are identical. Ditto regarding the Audio Midi output settings on each Mac.
