After the 30 days free-trial, can you keep the games you downloaded or will then also be deleted once you cancel it?

They will not be deleted, but they will no longer work once the subscription is cancelled. They will prompt for a subscription when you try to run them.
You don't get to keep playing the games without the accompanying subscription.
