Satechi Hub loss of Use on M1 Studio

My Mac Studio M1 was working with my Satechi Hub until recently (June 2024). I noticed the Sd slot no longer could read the GoPro files a few weeks back so I just plugged it into the SD adapter on the front of the Studio. Today, I noticed the red light flashing on the Logitech Mouse that is usually plugged into the Satechi USB Slot. Checking hardware on the Mac, it became apparent that the keyboard plugged in via a thunderbolt port, was losing its charge. All the ports on the Satechi are dead. After checking connections and restarting a couple of times, Finder cannot find it. Looking at the messages here, a reset of some unknown variables in cryptic anagrams suggests the community could provide a point-by-point method to reset. All my backups go to the solid-state drive in the Satechi. If there is a fix, I need to know it. If there was a corrupt update, it may be time to do something else. Any ideas would help. Thanks in advance.

I had originally placed this Topic in someone else's similar problem with a different Mac System. I apologize for being a relative newbie and hope this helps. Some of the excellent ideas others had suggested did not apply to my M1 Studio Mac with Sonoma 14.5 operating system. I looked for a battery level in System Information- it doesn't seem to exist. A reset also doesn't seem to exist without erasing everything. The most recent trial was to disconnect hard-wired power after shutting down, for 20 minutes. I am trying to see anything at all in Finder at this point.

Based on the 7 small videos sent to Satechi showing them the base is behaving like a lightweight boat anchor, they will send me a new one after I send them back the existing Hub Base. Hopefully at no expense. (Purchased January 2024)

I wanted to remove all the postings I made on someone elses similar posting. Alas, this does not seem to be an option. Please ignore them, should you find them.
