Why is Smooth Slo-Mo (machine learning frame generation) not integrated into Compressor?

The new Smooth Slo-Mo feature in Final Cut Pro is fantastic for generating realistic and smooth slow motion from low frame rate videos. But it seems to not be integrated into Apple Compressor? This surprised me, since this same technology would be super useful for converting videos between different frame rates using Apple Compressor (for example: when needing to convert 30 FPS to 60 FPS). Under "Retiming quality" the best option is still "Best (Motion Compensated)" which uses outdated Optical Flow technology. Having the option to choose this new type of machine learning interpolation would be fantastic.
