How to Report an Apple Arcade Developer?

Is there a way to report a developer in Apple Arcade? There is a particular "premium" game that has been full of bugs and glitches for well over 1 year and the developer has been completely unresponsive to the players. This particular game is an arcade version of an extremely popular mobile/pc/console game, so I'd imagine it's presence in Arcade is a solid selling point to many subscribers. But the dev is just...ugh. It's incredibly frustrating. There really aren't many offerings in Apple Arcade that I find very appealing, but this particular game was a big draw for me. Players have submitted tickets directly to the dev, left reviews explaining the problems, and interact with the dev via their official Discord and literally nothing has been fixed in at least a year, even longer in some cases. Not really trying to get this dev kicked off Arcade, but I feel like Apple needs to start holding this dev accountable. I've tried using the Report a Problem page, but it says reporting is not an option for this particular app.

So what's my recourse here? How do I report this dev/app to Apple?
