i was filming a long video documenting things I was doing over 2 weeks and it reached the hour limit it is now gone and I can’t recover it. There is no solutions anywhere and clips doesn’t have a recently deleted can anyone help?

If the file is not in a recent backup, I don't know what to tell you other than to suggest that, in the future, you use a more appropriate tool for a long video. The built in Camera and iMovie sound as if they would work better. iMovie doesn't have a 1 hour limit.
