Volumes added by not me nor Apple

I have a few volumes that I cannot delete (my own MacBook Air that is 4 months old which Apple cannot explain) and I keep getting the same answers from Apple back up erase reinstall after about the seventh time. I think I’m pretty much done and would like to find out why this keeps happening. Why do Apple “Geniuses” 🙄 not look at the diagnostic data and file logs anymore? I even purchased Apple Care so I do not have a 20 year old send me instructions to fix my most expensive item I own? I want to complain to whoever Apple reports to. The FCC? Here is a root certificate which is connected to my ex wife’s email (she is a software engineer).
