Unable to Login to Hulu on Apple TV 4K

Well everyone, I figured it out. This worked for me at least. I originally had a Disney+ account and then I subscribed to Hulu (that also had Disney+). They combined the accounts for billing proposes back in the day. I just canceled my Disney+, reset my Hulu password and voila now I can stream on AppleTV, iPad, iPhone, roku and my Samsung TVs. Yes, I just invested an hour of my life to fix this. Hope this helps others out there.

Was on with Hulu help desk. When given the choice to login with Hulu or TV provider, choose TV provider. It worked on the Apple TV 🤷🏽‍♂️ and I can stream again

Where are you located and what region is your Apple ID set to?

It’s issue with your Hulu account - contact them.

I’m having the same issue and it’s now Sept ‘24. I contacted Hulu chat support and they say they know of the issue, but there is no timeline to fix it!!! I suggest every contact them. They refunded me. Hopefully if enough people demand refunds from Hulu they will finally fix the issue.

That’s for Hulu to sort out - you could try changing your password before contacting them. Good luck!

So what do you expect from your fellow users here? We’re not Hulu tech support and we’re not Apple tech support either. The Hulu app is rejecting your password on the Apple TV. That points to a Hulu issue.

I just started having this issue. I’ve always been able to use the Hulu app with no issue until today. I also notice this began after the latest TVOS was released (18.0 22J357). Has anyone been able to resolve this?

Negative. Plus now I can’t log into Hulu on my Roku in addition to my AppleTV. They are now giving me credits on my account because of this. Ironically enough they are raising their pricing very soon. They should fix this login issue first. I’m this close to canceling Hulu.

That’s does not come across as a helpful recommendation. Changing passwords has not helped either
