What should I do if my account is locked for security reasons?

My account was locked for 'security reasons'. I jumped through all the hoops correctly - and it wanted me to do the SAME thing, again. And AGAIN! i needed to access this immediately. Excuse my straightforwardness - but this is absolute idiocy. I don't have to jump through nearly as many convoluted hoops to get into major financial institutionS.
