I use Serato Dj pro and I have to Mac Book pro.I recently added storage to icloud and now a now a huge part of my music files disappeared. I have reached out to Apple support but no one is able to find the missing music files

Since you running a MBP with 14.5 my suggestion is do not use iCloud as a backup solution. It is a synchronization service, rather look at backing up your data to a external SSD for prosperity sake and if you want to get a account on OneDrive, Google Drive or Mega and back you data to those if you want to share it.
